Ingredients : Magnesium Stearate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Gelatin.

Directions : As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (1 capsule) in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 serving (1 capsule) in the afternoon 6 hours later. If well tolerated, add an additional capsule to the morning serving, or in between your morning and afternoon serving, for a total of 3 capsules per day. Do not consume more than 3 capsules in any 24 hour period. For best results, combine with ADiPRO A2, along with diet and exercise.
