Ingredients : Magnesium Stearate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Gelatin.

Directions : As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (1 capsule) upon waking in the morning, on an empty stomach, preferably 30 minutes prior to LIT (low intensity training). Take an additional capsule 30 minutes prior to lunch. Do not consume more than 3 capsules in any 24 hour period. Do not use for more than 5 days, without 2 days off. For best results, combine with ADiPRO A2, along with diet and exercise.
