Tropical Green Tea Tonic

Try this protein-packed shake to ensure you fuel your muscles and recover super-fast after your workout. It's Amazing.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup 100% Orange Juice *
  • ½ cup Caffeinated Green Tea *
  • 1 cup Tropical Fruit Mix (Pineapple Mango Papaya) *
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Flaxseed *
  • 1 serving Velocity Vanilla Platinum Hydrowhey

Blend:

  1. Add Orange Juice to a Blender
  2. Add Green Tea (Steeped in hot water for 2 mins. then chilled with ice)
  3. Add Tropical Fruit Mix
  4. Process for about 45 seconds or until smooth
  5. Add Flaxseed and Velocity Vanilla Platinum Hydrowhey
  6. Blend for about 15 seconds. Serve Immediately.

After workout, drink this tropical green tea tonic, it feel so amazing and makes recovery fast and pain-free.

* A chopped banana (fresh or frozen) can replace or be added to the tropical fruit mix.
