Tropical Green Tea Tonic

Try this protein-packed shake to ensure you fuel your muscles and recover super-fast after your workout. It's Amazing.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup 100% Orange Juice *
- ½ cup Caffeinated Green Tea *
- 1 cup Tropical Fruit Mix (Pineapple Mango Papaya) *
- 1 tbsp. Ground Flaxseed *
- 1 serving Velocity Vanilla Platinum Hydrowhey
Blend:
- Add Orange Juice to a Blender
- Add Green Tea (Steeped in hot water for 2 mins. then chilled with ice)
- Add Tropical Fruit Mix
- Process for about 45 seconds or until smooth
- Add Flaxseed and Velocity Vanilla Platinum Hydrowhey
- Blend for about 15 seconds. Serve Immediately.
After workout, drink this tropical green tea tonic, it feel so amazing and makes recovery fast and pain-free.
* A chopped banana (fresh or frozen) can replace or be added to the tropical fruit mix.
