A thick and creamy, anabolic bedtime story...

Ingredients:

• 9 ounces Low Fat Milk
• ½ cup Oreo Crumbs *
• ½ cup Vanilla Ice Cream
• Ice Cubes
• 1 serving Cookies & Cream 100% Casein Gold Standard

Blend:

1. First add milk and protein powder to blender and mix.
2. Next add ice cubes and continue blending.
3. Then add cookie crumbs and ice cream, and mix until the ice cream is evenly dispersed.
