Post-workout Fruity Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A post-workout smoothie that tastes great and has enough creatine and carbs to help you recover!
Ingredients:
- 4 Ice Cubes
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 2 serving Strawberry Banana 100% Gold Standard Whey
- 1 serving Unflavored Creatine Powder
Blend:
- Put the ice in the blender first
- Add your choice of liquid (milk or water) into the blender and mix
- Add strawberries and bananas into the blender and mix
- Add two scoops of Gold Standard 100% Whey Strawberry Banana flavor into the blender
- Add 1 serving of Optimum Nutrition creatine and mix
- Continue mixing for a 10-15 seconds
- Once done, pour into cup and enjoy
You may use milk or water as the liquid.
