Delicious smooth and creamy post-workout shake! Tastes better than a milk shake. Almondy, chocolatey, banana-y goodness with a health benefit of Omega 3s! Great recovery drink after a hard workout.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Almond Butter *
- 250 ml Almond Milk *
- ½ Banana
- 1 tablespoon Ground Flax Seed *
- Water *
- 1 serving Extreme Milk Chocolate 100% Whey Gold Standard
Blend:
- Mix it all in a Magic Bullet or blender! (invest in a magic bullet).
For 1 scoop of Whey, use half a banana. For 2 scoops, use a whole banana.
