This Recipe is for those who want to gain weight, gain muscle size with high protein.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Low Fat Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Banana
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ Serving Glutamine *
- 2 servings Mocha Cappuccino 100% Whey Gold Standard
Blend:
- Add 1 Cup of Water
- Add 2 servings Mocha Cappuccino 100% Whey Gold Standard
- Add Cut pieces of Banana
- Add 2 Teaspoon of Sugar
- Add 1/2 Serving of Glutamine
- Now Blend It and Pour into Glass for Drink
