Ingredients : Hypromellose. Contains <2% Of: Calcium Silicate, Cellulose Coating, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Gelatin, Mannitol, Starch, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.

Directions : For adult men, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
