Directions : Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one or two servings daily depending on your individual needs. (Each serving is two tablets.) As a pre-workout energy aid, take one serving (two tablets) before your workout. Protect from heat, light and moisture. Store at 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F).
