Sustained release B & C vitamins. Product Identification Key: Vitamin A&D-Small gelatin, Vitamin E-Medium gelatin, Minerals-Large grey tablet, Vitamin C Complex-Tan tablet, Lecithin-Large gelatin, Vitamin C-Complex yellow tablet.

Ingredients : Gelatin, glycerin, soybean oil, soy lecithin, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide and methylcellulose.

Directions : As a dietary supplement, take 1 packet daily with food.

Warnings : Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Do not exceed recommended dose. This product should not be used by individuals with a history of peptic ulcers or any condition associated with excess acidity.
