Directions : Due to the powerful nature of the TIGHT! XTREME RELOADED formula, individuals under 200 lbs, take 1 Hot Cap per day. Individuals 200 lbs and over, take 2 Hot Caps per day. Take with 6-8 oz. of water. Consuming TIGHT! XTREME RELOADED on an empty stomach may cause nausea. Therefore, take the product with a meal or preferably immediately after. Storage Instructions: Protect from heat and freezing. Keep away from local space heat sources such as space heaters and radiators.
