Ingredients : Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium (Ace K), Natural Flavors.
Directions : Ad a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops with 10-24 oz. of cold water or juice (10-12 oz. of fluid per scoop) approximately 30 minutes prior to training. For the first time users take one (1) scoop for your first 2 or 3 workouts to allow your body to properly assimilate to Metabolic Bioshock's high dosages of ergogenic nutrients.
