Ingredients : Whole oat flour, buttermilk powder (dried sweet cream buttermilk), why protein isolate, peanut flour, organic coconut flour, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), natural flavor, sea salt (sea salt, calcium silicate [anti-caking agent]), cocoa, Xanthan Gum, stevia extract (Reb A).

Directions : 1. Preheat griddle to med/low heat (250-275 degrees Fahrenheit) 2. Whisk 1 rounded cup of mix with 1 cup of cold water. Add water or mix to get desired thickness. Batter will thicken as it sits. 3. Pour batter into 4 inch pancakes on lightly greased griddle. 4. Cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbles break on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown. Makes about 6 pancakes.
