Ingredients : Whey protein isolate, Micellar casein, Nondairy creamer (Sunflower oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono - and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, soy lecithin, tocopherols), Natural and artificial flavors, Cream filled chocolate cookie pieces (sugar, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soybean and palm oil with TBHQ for freshness, cocoa processed with alkali, Invert sugar, degerminated yellow corn flour, cornstarch, chocolate, salt, leavening (baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), artificial flavor, soy lecithin, whey), Acesulfame potassium, Sucralose, Silicon dioxide.

Directions : Mix 1 serving (1 heaping scoop) with 7 oz of cold water or milk in a glass or shaker cup. Use between major meals and after exercise. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. For maximum results, consume 4 scoops daily for a minimum of six weeks.
