Ingredients : Wheat Flour, Barley Flour, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Metamyosyn HPP Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Isolate, Dried Egg White, L-Glutamine), Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Cornstarch, Partially Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Flax Seed, Natural And Artificial Flavor, Buttermilk Powder, Sodium Caseinate, Mono And Diglycerides, Dipotassium Phosphate.

Directions : Directions: 1.Blend 2 scoops (57g) (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix! 2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300 degree (F) griddle. 3. Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
