Directions : To assess tolerance, begin by taking one serving (1 scoop) mixed with 4-16 oz of water, 20-30 minutes before training. After personal tolerance has been assessed, take one to two servings (1-2 scoops) 20-30 minutes before training. Add 4-16 oz. of water for each serving. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24 hour period. Drink plenty of water during training to avoid dehydration. Take up to 8 weeks before discontinuing for at least 4 weeks. Contents may settle after shipping. Shake container prior to each use to redistribute ingredients. Moisture and humidity may cause clumping and discoloration. Store in a cool, dry place. Discard after expiration date.
