Post-workout Fruity Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A post-workout smoothie that tastes great and has enough creatine and carbs to help you recover!

Ingredients:

Blend:

  1. Put the ice in the blender first
  2. Add your choice of liquid (milk or water) into the blender and mix
  3. Add strawberries and bananas into the blender and mix
  4. Add two scoops of Gold Standard 100% Whey Strawberry Banana flavor into the blender
  5. Add 1 serving of Optimum Nutrition creatine and mix
  6. Continue mixing for a 10-15 seconds
  7. Once done, pour into cup and enjoy

You may use milk or water as the liquid.
