Ingredients : C2MAX energy blend (maltodextrin, fructose), water, and less than 2% of: salt, sodium citrate, citric acid, high fructose, corn syrup, green tea extract and caffeine from tea, natural flavor, fruit juice concentrates (plum, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, elderberry), sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (to maintain freshness), potassium chloride.

Directions : Take 1-2 gels 10-20 minutes before exercise. For activities lasting more than 1 hour, take 1 gel every 20-45 minutes during exercise. For immediate energy, consume with water every 20-45 minutes during activity.

Warnings : Made on equipment that also processes milk and soy. This product contains caffeine, which is not recommended for children 18 and under or pregnant women.
