Essential fatty acid formula. Ideal ratio omega-3: omega-6. Fortified with Palmitoleic Acid. Omegalyze Advanced contains an ideal ratio of polyunsaturated Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. These fats, also known as the essential fatty acids (EFAs), help the body to maintain healthy levels of cholesterol, normal blood pressure, and a healthy response to inflammation following workouts, as well as optimize the body's hormone levels and maximize the body's muscle growth and recovery. Omegalyze Advanced is fortified with palmitoleic acid, an omega-7 monounsaturated fatty acid, that has been shown to support the body's maintenance of healthy cholesterol, blood sugar, and c-reactive protein levels.

Ingredients : Gelatin, water, citrus flavor, glycerin.

Directions : As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules 2 times daily with meals. For best results, take your first serving in the morning (with breakfast) and your second serving with your last meal of the day.
