Adept Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is used by muscle cells to synthesize carnosine. In turn, carnosine may help the body buffer the lactic acid that builds up during strenuous exercise causing fatigue by helping to maintain optimum muscular pH. This effect may help promote a boost in performance and muscular endurance for high intensity exercise.

Ingredients : Carnosyn Beta-Alanine.

Directions : On athletic training days: take one (1) one serving 20-30 minute prior to training with your favorite juice, water or a pre-workout sports drink, and again immediately after (can also be mixed into your favorite protein shake). On non-training days: take one (1) serving twice daily. Begin with one-half (1/2) serving twice daily to assess your tolerance as beta alanine may produce a slight and harmless flushing and/or prickly sensation that will subside within minutes of use.
